The woman behind The Love & Light Project
As a Jazz singer I'm known as Isa. My husband CEO of Le Klint Kim W. Jensen, always introduces me as Isa because we met while I was performing. My birth name is Dawn Whyte hence: Isa Dawn Whyte Jensen. Of course I am living in beautful Denmark with my wonderful husband, my fabulous dog Snee and Denmark's lovely weather, that is similar to my beloved birth place London.
I have been working at Le Klint for more than 14 years now, starting at the shop in Copenhagen and now as Creative Manager at their head offices in Odense.
The first time I experienced the beautiful Scandinavian Christmas traditions, I fell in love with them immediately and was inspired to interpret the beautiful paper heart into a subtle emphasis, on how the love of design could be utilized to extend a helping hand to those in need.
This concept was borne out of The Love & Light Project, as a way of offering something exclusive and unique to consumers, who take their styling process to another level, when it comes to celebrations - especially at Christmas.
To date we have helped more than 10 different causes and whenever someone buys a seasonal fold, we generate more funds to continue the humanitarian work to help someone.
These designs are crafted out of the same material used for the main collections and are handmade by Le Klint pleating technicans in the Folding Studio, situated in Odense Denmark.
We do our best each year to create a new seasonal fold, not only to give you a choice of beautiful timeless designs but also provide a new contributor to The Love & Light Project.
